인코텀즈 2xxx(Incoterms 2xxx)의 주요내용 (1) EXW(EX Works/공장인도) `공장인도`는 매도인이 자신의 영업구내 또는 기타 지정장소(예컨대 작업장, 공장, 창고 등)에서 물품을 매수인의 처분 하에 두는 때에 인도한 것으로 되는 것을 의미한다. 매도인은 물품을 집하용 차량에 적재하지 않아도 되고, 물품의 수출통관이 요구되더라도 이를 수행할 필요가 없다. 만약 매수인의 매도인국가에서 수출통관하는 것이 용이하지 않는 경우에는 수출통관을 계약에 의하여 요구할 수 있다. 이것은 EXW의 변형형태로써 현업에서 "EXW cleared for Export"라고 한다. 만약 매수인이 매도인에게 수출통관을 부탁하는 경우에는 원래의 EXW와는 별개로 "EXW cleared for Export"라고 합의할 수 있다. "Ex Works" means that the seller delivers when it places the goods at the disposal of the buyer at the seller`s premises or at another named p1ace(i. e., works, factory, warehouse, etc.). The seller does not need to load the goods on any collecting vehicle, nor does it need to clear the goods for export, where such clearance is applicable. The parties are well advised to specify as clearly as possible the point within the named place of delivery, as the costs and risks to that point are for the account of the seller.
