선하증권 약관 해설(해석, 번역) 선하증권의 약관은 선박회사마다 그 양식이 다양하고, 또 재래선 화물이냐 컨테이너 화물이냐에 따라 차이가 있을 수 있다. 그러나 B/L이 공통적으로 포함해야 할 내용들은 대부분 포함하고 있어서 하나를 이해하면 다른 B/L을 이해하는 데는 어려움이 없다. 아래에서는 일반잡화의 대부분이 컨테이너로 운송되는 점을 고려하여, 우리나라에서 사용되고 있는 컨테이너 B/L에 규정되어 있는 약관 중에서 주요한 몇 가지 사항만을 검토해 보고자 한다.
