## A Study on the Personality Traits of Middle-aged Women through Animal Symbol Personality Type (ASPT) and Enneagra m ### Abstract This study aimed to verify the validity of the Animal Symbol Personality Type (ASPT) by conducting ASPT and Enneagram tests on middle-aged women and analyzing the personality types and their characteristics revealed in each test result. The middle-aged period is a time of significant change, requiring adaptation to various personal developments and family and social developments, such as children`s independence and marriage. Middle-aged women, in particular, experience rapid physical changes due to menopause and hormonal fluctuations, while also focusing on their inner values to re-evaluate and re-establish their lives.
