1. Abstract
Nanofabrication by polymer self-assembly is an innovative approach that has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential to revolutionize various fields including materials science, electronics, and biotechnology. This technique leverages the inherent properties of polymers to spontaneously organize themselves into well-defined structures at the nanoscale, driven by thermodynamic forces and specific interactions among the polymer chains. The process typically involves the manipulation of block copolymers, which consist of two or more chemically distinct but compatible segments. Upon exposure to suitable conditions such as solvent casting, thermal annealing, or solvent vapor annealing, these block copolymers undergo phase separation leading to the formation of periodic nanoscale patterns that can be utilized as templates or as functional materials themselves. One of the major advantages of polymer self-assembly lies in its ability to produce struc
