1. formation of the limb Bub
The formation of the limb bud is a critical and complex process in the development of tetrapod limbs, occurring during the early stages of embryonic development. This process begins in the embryonic stage when specific regions of the lateral plate mesoderm and somatic mesoderm start to communicate with overlying ectoderm, leading to the establishment of limb fields. These limb fields represent the areas where limbs will eventually form. During development, signaling molecules and transcription factors play crucial roles in determining the fate of these regions. One of the key players in limb bud formation is the apical ectodermal ridge (AER), which is a specialized structure at the tip of the developing limb bud. The AER secretes important signaling molecules, such as fibroblast growth factors (FGFs), which promote the outgrowth of the limb bud and ensure that the cells in the underlying mesoderm proliferate and differentiate appropriately. As the limb
