OP: 난소에 혹 수술(10YA, 광명제일산부인과)

[Findings]
Uterus: about GA 10wks sized, smooth surfaced.
severe adhsion to rectum, Rt ovary and right pelvic wall in the posterior body of uterus. ➜ adhesiolysis was done (adhesiolysis하는 과정에서 rectum과 Rt ureter와 가까이 adhesion있어 주행경로 확인하고 rectal probe로 leakage등 없는지 확인함)
➜ uterine a.까지 dissection 한 후 ligation 시행
➜ vaginal route로 uterus 꺼낸 후 vicryl 2-0로 cuff suture함.

Lt tube and ovary: grossly free
Rt tube and ovary: severe adhesion to posterior body of uterus
➜ Both salpingo-oophorectomy was done
