1. Epinephrine
1) Heart: positive inotrophic action, positive chronotrophic action, positive bathmotrophic action, positive dromotrophic action ⇨ C.O. 증가(limitation⇨감소), arrythmia
2) 혈관: contraction.
skeletal muscle의 혈관--therapeutic dose ⇨ relaxation
대량 ⇨ contration
3) Coronary blood flow : 증가 (α-adrenergic receptor, adnosine, aortic pressure, increased contractility, increase diastolic period)
4) Blood pressure: 상승⇨하강⇨상승(reflex : vagus, atropine) ⇨⇨ 하강(정상혈압이하)⇨ 상승(정상혈압으로, 고농도--α, 저농도--β)
**Epinephrine reversal
**피하주사, I.V.(slow) : 혈압상승이 늦게 또는 약하게 나타난다.
5) Respiratory tract: bronchial smooth muscle relaxation, mucosal vessle contraction(removal of edema), inhibit mediator release from mast cell ⇨ treatment of athma, and allergy
6) Smooth muscle : GI smooth muscle relaxation, inhibit peristalsis(receptor, β2,α receptor)
