3. 신용장의 조건변경 요청과 그에 대한 회신
(1) 선적일 연장요청
Gentlmen :
We regret to inform you that it is impossible to complete shipment covering your order No. 2007-0204 for 3,000pcs of computers within the time stipulated in the L/C.
The sub-materials delivered have some breakdown problems, and we passed them on to our subcontractors again.
We instructed them to deliver them by the 12th of September.
In these circumstances, we want to request you to extend the shipping date until the 25th of September.
As you know, our quality control standards are very strict. Nothing leaves our factory unless it`s 100% pre-tested. This situation makes us not be able to ship the products by WAN HAI V.0004S sailing on the 18th., and we will try to ship them by the next earliest direct vessel available.
We are very sorry to put you in trouble, and we will be obliged for your prompt amendment of the L/C.
