wt: 1190g(-50) infanto 상 Rt upper lobe infiltration (+) → A/B start: ampicillin & GM Rt upper lobe chest PT 시행 feeding & activity fair infanto f/u → Rt upper lobe infiltration 호전 but yellowish secretion (+) → A/B 유지하기로 함 foot & toe deformity에 대해 O₂Consult BWT 20% loss → TPN 고려 but feeding fair 하므로 observation 3/27 wt: 1200g(+10) Rt upper lobe infiltration 호전 but yellowish secretion (+) → A/B 유지하기로 함 chest PT 시행 ABGA 상 특이소견 없음 extubation hypoglycemia (+) TPN 어제부터 start state Heart murmur (+) , 간간히 desaturation & apnea (+) 내일 secter 예정 AMPL start 3/28 wt: 1280g(+80) ABGA 결과 양호 extubation infanto 상 infiltration 호전양상 secter시행 TPN 4/3 cyanosis desaturation 없이 chest retraction 심해짐 ABGA 상 이상소견 없음 CBC 상 Hb:7.2 → transfusion (20cc ×2) 다소 늘어지고 retraction 있는 것이 sepsis에 의한 Sx일 수 있어 CBC, CRP f/u 한 후 IV A/B start 4/5 수혈후 견축 약간 감소 but 여전히 관찰됨 feeding 잘 안늘고 있음 (3일째 13cc 먹고 있음) CRP (-)로 나오고 activity 양호 A/B stop * 검사결과 - Secter monitoring neonate, murmur but no audia…
