본문/내용
학습의 경우 연령이 증가할수록 그 실현 정도가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 유사하게 공직근무 년한이 증가할수록 학습의 실현 정도가 증가하는 것으로 나타났으나 이는 통계적으로 유의하지 않다. 학습 가치의 척도는 가르치고 배우고 연구하는 내용들로 구성되어 있는데, 연령의 증가에 따른 학습의 증가는 경험으로부터의 지식 획득이 증가하는 동시에 새로운 지식의 습득의 필요성을 더욱 느끼기 때문인 것으로 해석되며 후배들에게 지식을 전달할 수 있는 선배의 위치에 있기 때문인 것으로 해석된다. 한편 봉사 가치의 실현에서 어느 인구학적 요인도 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 가져 오지 않았다.
다음으로 외재적 가치의 실현이 인구학적 요인별로 차이가 나는지를 검토해 보기로 한다. 여성이 남성 보다 경제성 가치를 더 많이 실현하고 있는 것으로 나타난 것은, 여성이 남성과 함께 경제생활을 하는 경우가 많고 또 돈 씀씀이가 적은 미혼 여성인 경우가 많기 때문인 것으로 해석된다.
