·제품 생산을 시장 수요의 개성화 및 다양화에 맞게 다품종 소량 생산 체제(order made production system)로 변환
·제품 생산에서 유연성과 신축성을 가지고 변화에 신속하게 대응할 수 있는 system으로 변환
·고부가가치의 기술 집약적 벤처기업의 창업 확대로 기술 개발
·대기업은 down sizing and out sourcing하고 정보화, 지식 기반 사회의 고용은 중·소기 업이 주도해야 한다.
·제품 생산에서 유연성과 신축성을 가지고 변화에 신속하게 대응할 수 있는 system으로 변환
