본문/내용
특정 조직에서 구성원들간의 관계는 매우 다양한 관점으로 규명될 수 있다. 업무상에서의 휴먼 네트워크는 직급의 위계 체계에 의한 수직적 구조(hierarchical structure)와 동등한 수준의 관계인 수평적 구조(horizontal structure)로 파악된다. 또한 지식의 창조와 활용의 측면에서는 구성원간의 상호 작용이 그 목적에 따라 문제 해결, 메타 지식의 획득, 문제 재정의, 검증 등으로 나뉘어 형성된다[2]. 마지막으로 휴먼 네트워크는 이와 같은 업무나 지식 활용의 측면과는 달리 순수한 개인적 친분에 의한 관계를 나타내는 목적으로 이용되기도 한다.
지식 경영에서는 지식 지도(knowledge map)를 이용하여 지식간 관계를 2차원 평면으로 시각화하기도 하며, 지식을 가지고 있는 원천인 전문가들의 지도(knowledge source map)를 작성하기도 하였다[4]. 그러나 이와 같은 구성원들에 대한 지식 지도의 개념이 지식 보유자의 존재와 구조만을 규명하는 분석이라면 휴먼 네트워크의 개념은 지식 전달자와 지식 습득자의 상호작용에 대한 분석을 토대로 시각적으로 보여줌으로써 구성원들의 관계를 좀더 명확하게 파악할 수 있는 분석이다. 따라서 본 연구에서의 휴먼…(생략)
