1.serous cystadenoma ①mucinous처럼 커지지는 않음 ②25% malignant change ③gross>external surface - smooth, free papillary growth를 할경우 특징적 content - thin watery fluid microscopic> low columnal epi 로 lining, single layer psammoma body ④origin - ovary의 surface epithelium 2.boderline malignancy ①조직학적으로는 benign이지만 임상적으로는 malignancy ②gross>multilocated cystic lesion with internal papillary excrescences bilateral micro>malignant 소견은 나타나나 mitosis 1개/HPF이하 destructive invasion없음 epitherial proliferation with the formation of a`true papillus` loose cellular cluster psammoma body많음 stromal necrosis 혹은 inflammation있을경우 well-differentiated ca.생각 ③50%이상에서 ovary에 국한 ④20%가 30세 이하 3.malignant ①가장 흔한 epitherial malignancy(50%) ②gross> external and internal papillary growth bilateral micro>pleomorphism, abnormal nucleoli, frequent mitosis epi - marked strafication stromal invasion, necrosis, inflammation ③differentiation은 중요한 prognostic factor
