Hypothesis1. Installation of CCTV will decrease crime. 1)Definition CCTV CCTV means ‘Closed circuit television’ The purpose of CCTV is industrial, education, traffic control, crime prevention and so on. However, we only define the CCTV as crime prevention CCTV. Crime Crime means behavior not subject to social control.
