Ⅰ. Introduction

Organic has strong power to include nutrient and water. So, It play important role about nutrient storage and water tank. It also form layers gathering soil that improve physical ch-aracter of soil. Organic of soil stopped lost of soil by rainning and reduced damage from drought. It also flourish soil microbe that promotes solubilization of nutrient. Actually, it makes a gap in soil to increase times of remain agricultural pesticides.
The suitability of including organic for cultivation of jinseng is 15~25g/kg (25~35g/kg is possible range). It is shortage that less15g/kg ,but more 35g/㎏ is excessive to cultivated ginseng.
1. Principle

다음 계산식을 이용하여 유기물 함량을 구한다.

Ⅱ. Materials and Methods

① 2mm 채로 토양을 거른 후 105℃, 48hour 건조한다.

② 5g의 무게를 재고 회화로에서 550℃, 2 hour 가열한다.

③ 회화로에서 꺼내어 무게를 측정한다.

① 2mm 채로 토양을 거른다.

② 토양을 0.5g 채취한다.

③ 채취한 시료를 삼각플라스크에

④ H2SO4를 20ml 씩 첨가한다.

⑤ 30분 정도 방치 후

⑥ FeSO4을 색깔이 붉게
