Write your own thoughts and ideas about a question “What does it mean to be interculturally aware?”
In my opinion, being interculturally aware means that someone recognizes or is surprised about the difference and similarity of cultural things while talking to each others. The examples of cultural things are foods, behaviors, habits, policies, customs, religions, and so on. This recognition and surprise are basically based on the comparison of their own cultures.
Write also your own comments about the question “How can a person become more interculturally aware?”
When a person recognizes big difference from other culture, or when they expect the things to be different or similar for granted but the fact is that their cultures are quite similar or very different respectively.
