Plant genomic DNAÀÇ Á¾·ù ¹× Ư¼º
The genomic composition of a plant cell falls in three parts;
1) The nuclear genome (one haploid copy containing from 70 million bp to 30 billion bp depending on species).
2) The mitochondrial genome (of the order of a thousand copies ranging from 0.2 million bp to 2 million bp).
3) The chloroplast genome (approximately one thousand copies each of about 0.15 million bp).
