With recent rapid advancement of BIM technologies, recognized research work for
Utilizing BIM has been conducted for increasing construction efficiency. However,
most of the previous studies were limited to reflect that why applying BIM is
difficult. This study compares the efficiency of BIM according to the type of public
buildings. Because public buildings are built a lot, we focus on which public
buildings will be most effective at applying BIM. To compare alternative, we use
weighted evaluation method. By comparing the type of Public building, we can
know the rank of Effectiveness of BIM Utilization of public buildings in Korea.
