B : Hi! I`m Nancy. How are you?
A : Oh` i`m find. Thanks. What`s up?
B : I was hoping if yo could take manager position for our branch.
A : I gave some serious thought to it. But I`m afraid I`ll have to turn it down. I appreciate your offer, though and it is very tempting, too. But, I really don`t want to relocate.
B : Well. if you say so, but if you change your mind about your desision, just let me know.
A : Sure, but I`m preetty certain about my decision.
B : I get that! But, just in case, if the situation change, let me know before 10th. Until then I`ll leave the position open.
A : I really appreciate your offer. I would certainly reconsider but I doubt it.
B: Well, how about we meet again on the 10th?
A : Ok, shall we have a lunch meeting?
