5. Relative risk for infective endocarditis
1) Relative high risk : Prosthetic heart valve, Aortic valve disease, MR, PDA, VSD, Coarctation, Marfan syn.
2) Intermediate risk : MVPS, MS, TS, PS, IHSS.
3) Very low risk : ASD, Atherosclerosis, ¸Åµ¶¼º µ¿¸Æ¿°, Pace maker.
6. Clinical manifestation
1) Fever (usually low grade)
2) Cardiac murmur
3) Anemia
4) ½ÉºÎÀüÀÇ Áõ»ó : Dyspnea, Splenomegaly
5) Microembolus¿¡ ÀÇÇÑ Áõ»ó
¨ç Petechiae
¨è Splinter hemorrhage : ¼ÕÅé ¹Ø¿¡ »ý±â´Â ¼±»ó ÃâÇ÷
¨é Janeway`s lesion ; Nontender macular hemorrhage area on the parm and sole.
¨ê Roth`s spot: oval retinal hemorrhage with clear pale center
¨ë Osler`s node : small and tender erythematous nodule on the finger and toe pads

: Blood culture (¿Ü±¹: 90-95% , But ¿ì¸®³ª¶ó´Â Ç×»ýÁ¦ÀÇ ³²¿ëÀ¸·Î 6¡¦(»ý·«)
