Aortic Dissection

1. 정의 : 국소적인 대동맥 intimal tear를 통해 혈액이 대동맥의 true lumen을 통해서
media를 내층과 외층으로 분리 시킴으로서 false lumen을 만드는 급성질환.
2. 분류
1> DeBakey
type Ⅰ : ascending aorta 와 aortic arch, decendimg arch를 모두 포함하는 경우.
type Ⅱ : innominate artery직전의 ascending aorta를 포함한 경우.
type Ⅲa : decending thoracic aorta만을 포함한 경우.
type Ⅲb : decending thoracic aorta와 abdominal aorta를 포함한 경우.
2> Stanford
type A : 원위부의 침범 여부와 관계없이 ascending aorta에만 박리가 있는 경우
(typeⅠ,Ⅱ).
type B : decending aorta 이하 부위만 박리가 일어난 경우(Ⅲ).
