16 contestants various backgrounds(Venture Capitalists, Copier salesman, Harvard MBA, high school diploma, and etc)
‘Elimination-Style’ Competition
Every week, each team will compete for a business competition.
One person from the losing team gets fired.
Winning team gets complimentary reward from Donald Trump.
The winning contestant = opportunity to work for Trump as the president of one of his companies for an annual salary of $250,000.

In Apprentice, All of assignments are proceeded by ‘work team’. The concept of ‘work team’ is close to ‘small group’ which we have learned during class.
