고령화사회

from `pyramid shape` to `pot shape` after 2xxx resulting from increase of life expectancy and average age. Because of this change, the generation called `baby boom` composed of 14,6%(about 7 million)of total population is expected to retire in early days. Also, low birth rate results in decrease of economically active people in 2xxx and the lack of workforce(about only over a million). This will cause another social problem such as weak potential growth, big financial burden of next generation and so on as well.
그밖에도 또한 급격한 고령화는 사회보장제도의 안정성을 위협하게 될 것이다. 노령화의 증대와 의료기술의 발달에 따라 노인부양비는 매년 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 이러한 노인부양비의 급속한 증가는 현행 사회보험제도의 지속을 어렵게 할 것이다.
