Ⅰ. 서 론 한우부문은 외식산업, 유통 및 가공산업, 해외의존도가 높은 사료부문 등 다양한 산업을 포함하기 때문에 거시경제 여건의 변화나 국제곡물가격의 변동과 밀접한 관계를 맺는다. 따라서, 효과적인 한우정책을 수립하기 위해서 이들 외생적 여건변화에 의한 파급효과를 분석하는 것이 중요한 과제이다. 그런데, 이러한 분석을 위해서는 우선적으로 한우부문 시장참여자의 경제행위구조를 모형화하고 추정하는 연구가 절실하게 요청된다. 오랜 기간동안 경제학자들은 농산물시장의 수요와 공급구조 및 가격의 결정과정, 농산물생산 및 유통의 생물학적 제약요건 등을 고려한 경제적 행위구조를 모형화하기 위해 부단히 노력하여 왔다. 이들 대부분의 연구들은 농산물시장의 품목별 구조모형을 설정하고, 시계열자료를 이용하여 통계적으로 추정함으로써 시장내의 중요 내생변수들에 대한 변화를 예측하였는데, 이러한 연구들에 힘입어 외생적 여건변화가 농업부문에 미치는 파급효과에 대한 이해가 증진되었다. 그러나, 농산물시장 참여자들의 경제행위를 모형화하는 일은 다양한 생물학적 및 산업적 특성과 동태적인 의사결정구조를 고려해야 하기 때문…(생략)
