Parcel 51 is located in Dongsung-dong and Ewha-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul. From Korea National Open University to Ewha Mural Village, this place is equipped with education, art, housing and Tourism. As I went to Parcel 51, I felt a lot of discomfort at it. Although there are many programs that will be potential in various cultures, they seem to be not being fully utilized.
