3.Buccal flanges-cheek을 outward, upward, and inward, posterior handle에 압박을 가하여 masseter groove 부위의 molding.

4.lingual flange(five steps)

(1)Length of the lingual flange: Protrude tongue->혀끝으로 상순을 적실 정도만.

(2)Thickness of the anterior part of the lingual flange: Push the tongue against rugae area

(3)Premylohyoid~postmylohyoid eminences: Protrude tongue.

Developes the slope of the lingual flanges in the molar region to allow for the action of the mylohyoid muscle.
Buccal surface of the lingual flange can be cut away and sloped toward the tongue.

(4)Length of the lingual flanges in the molar region: Protrude tongue.

(5)Distal ends of the lingual flanges: Open the mouth and protrude tongue.

5.Border를 1mm정도 relief 후 wax spacer 제거

6.Hole 형성 - 약 1cm 간격, No.6 round bur 이용
