포내에서의 칼슘 대사
세포내 이온화 칼슘의 농도는 매우 낮아 세포외액의 1/1000에 지나지 않음.
약 99%가 mitochondria와 microsome 내에 존재하고, 주로 phosphate와 결합하고
있다.
횡문근(striated muscle)에서 microsome은 sarcoplasmic reticulum으로 발달하여 존재
second messenger 로 작용

3) 칼슘의 역할

② Maintenance of normal mineral ion products for skeletal mineralization

③ 세포막의 통합성(integrity)을 유지하고, 원형질막의 excitability 조절
