Delta airlines have a very good performance so we choose to investigate this company and we purpose to find out what they did made Delta airlines so successful. Even the fuel costs was rising it couldn¡¯t stop Delta Airlines become the first quarter best performance company in the last 10 years.
On 26th April 2013 Delta Airlines announced that Delta¡¯s net profit is 85 million and unit sales was rising 4%. Compared with the same period last year it increased of 124 million. Especially passenger¡¯s sales were increased by 1.4% (107 million). But other¡¦(»ý·«)
